Since opening his consulting firm Tallann Resources in 2010, Tom has advised more than 1000 companies in the US and around the globe. Tom is one of the most highly sought-after speakers in the staffing and recruiting profession, presenting to a variety of organizations including the American Staffing Association, National Association of Personnel Services, American Association of Finance & Accounting, Staffing Sales Summit, and dozens of state, regional, and independent staffing associations.
Tom is the author of Winning the Staffing Sales Game and writes the monthly Recruiting Today column for ASA’s Staffing Success magazine. Tom is the past chairman of the board for the National Association of Personnel Services
(NAPS), past chair of ASA’s Professional-Managerial Section Council, past president of the HR Association of Central Ohio, and past president of the Ohio Staffing and Search Association. Tom is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).
