Kamille Chilcutt is an Executive Recruiter with MeeDerby, specializing in connecting high-performing individual contributors and leaders with best-in-class staffing and workforce solutions firms across the country. With more than 14 years of staffing industry experience, she brings a practitioner’s perspective to executive search and a deep understanding of the people, challenges, and opportunities that shape the industry.
Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kamille spent much of her career in temporary staffing, most recently serving as an Area Manager with LSI Staffing in the Kansas City market. Her experience spans recruiting, sales, account management, operations, leadership, and strategic workforce solutions across multiple verticals, including industrial, accounting & finance, and office/administrative staffing.
At MeeDerby, Kamille partners with staffing and workforce solutions organizations to identify exceptional talent across sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership. She is passionate about building genuine relationships, understanding what motivates people, and helping professionals make meaningful career moves while supporting her clients’ long-term growth.
Kamille is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University — Go Bearcats! She is also proud to be part of MeeDerby’s continued recognition through ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing awards for both Client and Talent satisfaction.
Based in the Kansas City area, Kamille is a proud mom of two. Outside of recruiting, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, Pilates, reading, knitting, playing with her dogs, Sunny & River, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and KC Current.
