Laura is a global senior executive with experience working in the US, APAC and EU market. She has worked with top global recruitment brands like Bullhorn, Broadbean, cube19, and now Great Recruiters. Laura specializes in design and execution of GTM strategies to scale growth, drawing on her experience not only with recruitment technology, but as a partner of a regional staffing firm she grew nationally.
Her 20+ years of experience in developing and managing high growth organizations for expansion and acquisition have afforded her a broad range of knowledge in recruitment, sales, marketing, organizational development, technology and management. She has held board, committee, and leadership roles in numerous organizations such as Austin Human Resources Association, Texas Staffing Association, Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and Economic Development Austin Chamber of Commerce. Laura is a standing member in the Jr. League of Austin and Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
Laura lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Ben, son, Maximus, and two dogs, Sydney and Diego.
