It is with great pleasure that I announce the formation of Evergreen Contract Resources. With more than two decades of service to the staffing industry I opted to embark on this venture. Evergreen provides Employer of Record services for your temporary and contract placements. Evergreen can help you manage your temporary and contract business by ensuring your applicants are paid in a timely manner, all state and federal taxes are withheld and applied to the correct accounts, your clients receive an accurate and prompt invoice for hours worked, and you receive your profit within one week of payment received. There is no cost for you to set up your account with Evergreen and you can use our services on an as needed basis.

Evergreen’s mission is to help you solidify your relationship with your client companies by allowing you to include temporary and contract services. Evergreen can help you expand your business by allowing you the time to do what you do best – finding the right person for the right job!  Evergreen offers payroll funding, complete back office services including employer of record, and training on how to introduce temporary and contract opportunities to both your applicants and your client companies.

Evergreen Contract Resources responsibilities will include:

• Assisting your contractors with all onboarding and payroll.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screens when requested.
• Provide workers’ compensation and general liability as required by written contract.
• Weekly payroll for all contractors for approved wages.
• Weekly invoices to your clients with an approved timesheet attached.
• Client invoicing referencing your name on the invoices.
• Weekly, quarterly and annual payroll, profit and DOS reports.
• Offer and administer full benefits packages compliant with all ACA laws.
• Client company credit checks and collection assistance.
• Weekly direct deposit of profit checks on all client company payments received.
